Jordan Air and Plumbing in Crawford, GA

I have used Jordan Air for years. They have never disappointed. Jacob did an excellent job cleaning our bathroom drain today. He was courteous and professional and did the job to our satisfaction.

He did a fantastic job. Very professional, he cared about doing the work correctly. He answered all our questions, and explained what he had done. He did a complete clean up of the work area. He was very polite to us. We can't say enough about how happy we are will the service from everyone at Jordan air.

My positive experience started when I called Jordan heating and air to have my air conditioner serviced. The young lady told me about their service plan that really fit my budget. It was a combo plan that included electrical plumbing and heating and air. Tyler and Jason came out to service my electrical and they were exceptional!! We automatically bonded and developed a trusting relationship. They were very professional and informative. I had the best experience. I would recommend Jordan heating and air without hesitation!!

Amazing team, They did a great job installing the new HVAC system! Abraham was awesome. I really appreciate it his communication and clarity about the process. Most of all I appreciated his attention To the details and ensuring The job was done right. Thank you!

There was a small problem getting my unit fixed. But the way the problem was handled was beyond compare! During a time of customer service being nonexistent. Every person at Jordan Air showed that customer service does exist!!! Installation was clean, and as timely as units can be. And there is zero signed of anybody being there! Would recommend Jordan Air to anybody needing HVAC work done!!! I can not put into words how happy we are with this job!
