Shape Early, a Berkshire community initiative that will soon become a charity, works to foster lasting resilience throughout life’s transitions. Though its first efforts target early childhood, the group holds that anyone deserves practical, compassionate help whenever they must start anew, aiming to build resilience before a crisis occurs rather than merely fixing it later. Its inaugural pilot, the Early Childhood Compass, delivers hands‑on assistance to parents and carers of children aged 0‑6, guiding them through this foundational stage with clarity, connection and confidence.
